While my console may be a 39000 rc Its NTSC-J but i still think my nvram backup should be sufficient I hope i can be of help

Only combination of sticker photo+nvram backup can be treated as model existence. Kindly ask you to post the sticker photo as well.

i think this might be the "sticker photo" your looking for?

sorry it is cropped, only full sticker will be sufficient :) barcode should be visible completely
