Video player issue #25

Hi, The video player doesn't work when patching to PAL versions (for example DTL-H75004, 90004, etc...).

Any other disc (Ps1/Ps2 games either CD and DVD, masterdiscs) do work, but when inserting a DVD video it said that the DVD player isn't installed.

You do know that known side-effect is mentioned in the readme?

@Badore90 If you are using FMCB, install FMCB cross-region. Please try this Release Candidate 3 - it should fix your problem.
