SCPH-90004 [PAL] wont boot other Region games. #48

After i used MechaPwn and changed it to DTL-H9004 i tried a japanese import game. It got recognized in the browser as a Playstation 2 disc, but after starting it, it just went back to the browser. Tried a PS1 Japanese import game as well. Got in the browser recognized as a Playstation disc, but after starting it it just was a black screen. After applying MechaPwn again and changed it to DTL-H9001[USA] both the PS2 and PS1 japanese game booted completly fine.

It is normal, PAL region has some more locking features.

If you patch the console as PAL dev-kit you need to make backups of your Ps1 USA/JAP ISOs and patch them to europe with Disk Patcher 3.0, then burn them._

If you are using FMCB, install FMCB cross-region. Please try this Release Candidate 3 - it should fix your problem.
