SCHP-77004 problem

Hi Mecha, great project, unfortunately, it is bricking my rig.

so this is my experience:

1. I have a SCHP-77004 (EUR, PAL) console with Matrix Infinity v1.9 mod chip installed.
2. I bought a FMCB v1.9xx memory card to make it easy for me to use the uLaunchElf
3. I launched the Mecha Exploit into a DTL console (without Force Unlock).
4. I was able to play only NTSC/U original discs but none of my PAL originals
5. After few tries, the console was not able even to read the NTSC/U originals
6. so currently, the console does not play any disc.

I have tried:

1. re-install the exploit while the Infinity Matrix modchip is disabled
2. re-install a different retail version

None of these are working for me.

Notes:

• my initial NVM.bin file was overridden by me, so I cannot restore the console to it's initial config

Just few words, did new version helped you?

I will test. But i can tell you that I used your software on two PAL ps2 slims and changed them to USA model and they work great as expected. so I am happy. I will test this as well on my bricked ps2 slim, it might be that the disc drive failed due to age of usage, but it happened during the mechaPwn install, so I suspected. I will test the new version and update. I do advise that you will write at the readme file that for older releases, a user has to convert the console to USA if it was PAL if he wants to play all regions

If you are using FMCB, install FMCB cross-region. Please try this Release Candidate 3 - it should fix your problem.
