No network adapter detected SCPH-77008 #80

MechaPwn 3.0 Release Candidate 2

My console - 77008, change region to USA. In OPL I got "200: No network adapter detected". On previous version MechaPwn OPL works fine.

P.S. Signal in menu now is NTSC (on previous version MechaPwn was PAL), console name - 77008 (on previous version MechaPwn was 77001)
