Color options for Vision Target #165

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Sometimes its hard to tell which camera is seeing which tags (especially when you have overlap in FOV). It also might be useful to be able differentiate between tags seen by accepted estimations and tags seen by rejected estimations.

Describe alternatives you've considered One alternative is simply using the camera view to determine if a camera sees a certain tag, but that can be tedious to set up especially for cameras that have weird orientations.

Additional context This would pair very well with #163
