Currently there is a spanish fork with no contact info. Shows there is a desire for language support. Added language support preliminarily.

Can this be selectable without having to require the region? I can add ko-KR translations but I don't have a KOR 3DS and region changing is a PITA.

It should default to the system language, but an option to change would be nice.
