Row A

Row B and C don't need to be implemented.

Face Your Foes could possibly be modelled later but is low priority. Hold the Line is similar, relies heavily on the encounter having physical damage and reduced movement.

First Strike on any encounter with adds gives you 2-3 casts with 25% increased crit at the cost of a smite gcd.
