Armor Skills 5% Intellect increase not functioning #159

On the premade realm Valdrakken in premade cloth gear, the 5% intellect buff isn't being applied. The expected value below is 5950.

This is also not working with a character copied over from live at level 60.

Changed GameStateService.cs:GetIntellect() to remove the 5% increase for now. (as part of https://github.com/MechanicalPriest/Salvation/tree/157-implement-profile-view )

Not an issue in build 10.0.2.46157.
