Import talents into talent tree from WarcraftLogs #173

Request to import a copy/paste of the table from WarcraftLogs overview into the talent tree to more clearly display talents.

This could potentially also be done via a Salvation.Api request including the warcraftlogs URL (to use the WCL API auth keeping secrets).
