Currently, a configurable number of stacks are then given via PontifexAverageSalvationStacks, these are taken off of the total that Serenity/Sanc distribute using PontifexPercentUsageSerenity.
This isn't realistic, as the nature of the procs via crits is incredibly random and banking 2 reliably into a Salvation is nearly impossible.
The method calculating this in all 3 spells is GetPontifexMultiplier.
