Improve Answered Prayers #205

Currently, Answered Prayers does not use the PoM casts from HW:Salv.

It should be updated to also include the PoM bounces from Salv.

Implemented in #195.

Do this via a new ISpellService method and bubble the results up to GameStateService for use in Answered Prayers.
