Essentially this issue: https://github.com/Azanor/thaumcraft/issues/1109

Works if forge is downgraded to 1208.

Sorry about that we upgraded forge. Will be fixed in next thaumcraft but we are actually going back down a forge version next update so either way it will be fixed in the next update
