Reduce the number of rickshaws by moving rickshaw pullers into other economical activities #3

The number of rickshaws in Dhaka is already beyond capacity. Add to that the number of growing rickshaw pullers, it is already a very difficult problem.

We know rickshaw needs to be reduced but most of the rickshaw pullers cannot afford to voluntarily leave their only means of earning.

Is there any way we can move them to other jobs in order to discourage them from driving rickshaws in Dhaka?

If yes, how, if not, then also how? All suggestions are welcome

The best suggestions, once again would be achieved by applying working backwards (i.e. knowing my customers). Best suggestion is no suggestion from anyone- but real, honest opinions from the rickshaw pullers on the entire situation.
