There is a mini-game in Medarot 4 known as MedaBird Contest (メダバード コンテスト). This can be accessed from the debug menu (31 00) and selecting the 23rd option (メダバード). (The state for this mini-game is 40 but editing C480 directly to 40 seems to cause issues with selecting your Medabots by doing it this way, so the debug menu or playing the game normally is recommended.)
Using this from the debug menu gives you 4 difficulty settings. You can press Left/Right and a number on the right will change (from 00 up to 03).
You will have to select 3 Medabots. The first will be launched into the air, and the other two will launch the first one. For some reason, only certain ones can be as the first choice. (Saves are attached which progressed enough to be able to do this, originally provided by SynchroBeetle on the Discord server.)
Upon starting the mini-game, you are greeted to this screen, which also indicates the course for each difficulty setting:
After pressing A on this screen, the mini-game will start with this graphic:
You will have to mash the A button to run to the right. You will run off a cliff, above water, and when you are about to land near the ground, time your jump with B. (Easiest to do on the Short Course.)

However, if you win and successfully land on the ground, you will see a chart with some stats:
