Version checking is done over a non-TLS HTTP #144

When starting Outlook, OutlookPrivacyPlugin sends a request to the following URL: http://dejavusecurity.github.io/OutlookPrivacyPlugin/latest.json

It would be preferable to modify this to send request to https://dejavu....
