When using OPP in Outlook with the zarafa groupware plugin (very similar to Exchange), it throws the following error: Error, unable to locate sender encryption key "username". This happens because the login user name for the server is not identical to the allocated email adress.
Proposed solution: There should be an option to manually set the sender adress or key for a specific account or globally.
