Sync version information in all places

• Current github version is "v1 BETA-56"
• About dialog says "2.0" and "Build 5791"
• Setup Version is "2.0.5627.23349" (in the windows control panel).
• The version in OutlookPrivacyPlugin.vsto and OutlookPrivacyPlugin.dll.manifest is 1.0.0.67.
• The OutlookPrivacyPlugin.dll version is "2.0.5791.35828".

I think being able to infer from the about dialog if the installed version is older than the latest release is important, the rest is nice-to-have.
