Make it clearer whether or not this plugin works on macOS / Mac OS X versions of Outlook #161

Unless I'm missing something, this plugin is only for Windows versions of Outlook - however nowhere does it explicitly state this. Obviously it would be great if you could make it work for Mac versions as well but I presume this would not be a trivial port 😃

So at a minimum it might be nice to make it clearer on your website and in the README that it's only the Windows versions that are supported.
