I notice you guys are making some use of MimeKit (my baby) and I'd love to offer you guys my assistance in adding whatever functionality you guys might need in MimeKit to make your tasks easier.
For a Microsoft HackWeek just last week, some other Microsofties and I looked into writing a PGP plugin for Outlook and I added some functionality to MimeKit during that hackathon but we didn't get very far over all with our plugin and that's when I remembered seeing this plugin on GitHub in the past.
