With the following configuration:

Master key (sign only)	-----Sub key A (sign only)

-----Sub key B (encrypt only)

Master key (sign only) is used by the plugin for encryption which is incorrect.

I confirm this bug, I have the same issue as @lsching17 .

This might be fixed in release 40.
