[Bug] Input is not proper UTF on Ubuntu and not on MacOS #220

Hello there ! A file is check with mediaconch 18.03.2 (tested with MediaInfoLib - v19.07 and v19.04) on Ubuntu 18.04 and I get this error :

Validation generated an internal error: Entity: line 119:   parser  error :     Input is not proper UTF-8, indicate encoding !
Bytes: 0xFF 0xD8 0xFF 0xE0
    "Size">27248</d><d o="9926" n="Language" i="ykg">25959</d><d o="9928" n="Value">

But if this file is check with mediaconch 18.03.2 on MacOS, there is no error. Is there a difference between these two versions ?

This problem is resolved if libmediainfo0v5_18.05 package is installed....but mediainfo needs at least libmediainfo0v5_19.04...So we are trapped.

So we introduced a bug, we try to find it and remove it.

Fixed in https://github.com/MediaArea/MediaInfoLib/pull/1168, development build available in our snapshots.
