Hi,

I was looking at the netflix reference content sol levante and opening the IMF PKL (mxf packingList) file causes mediainfo 22.03 on Mac to close immediately and crash.

The link for Sol levante assets to download shows a "Error: [object Object]" error, please provide a way to get the faulty content.

I see the same thing now on Chrome on Mac. I was advised by Netflix support chat to try netflix.com/clearcookies first. That didn't work but using Safari made the links work for me on the netflix opencontent site. Can you try with a different browser?

I understood now. Firefox or Chrome do an invisible redirect to https, and https is broken (bad certificate). If I manually enter the URL with http it is OK. Downloading.

Tested on MediaInfo (both MacAppStore and standalone) 22.03 on macOS 11.6 Intel and it is fine (MacAppStore versions shows nothing, expected because it is due to the security of the Mac App Store; .mxf file is analyzed without crash too).

Hi, I updated my whole OS (was previously on Catalina) and re-checked this today. I still get a crash. I have attached the system crash info error_dump.txt .
