DVD IFO parsing missing elements present in IFO, not in VOB #1841

Seems to have come in v23.07. Originally it only read the IFO/VOB, whichever you scanned.

It now scans the VOB along with the IFO if you scan the IFO, this is great for it showing bitrates and such. However, not the language is not detected, which is only present in the IFO. Possible there can be more missing now too.

The update with the bitrate and such being from the VOB is nice, along with it seeming to scan the runtime better for multi-menu IFO files. Just needs a little polishing of merging elements when present in one and not the outer.

Missing the language information for audio tracks on DVD is quite a big deal breaker.

More seriously, on our todo-list but we are late already with our clients, so delay with free support, that's all, but patch welcomed is someone else wants to fix that.
