Show Matroska track enabled flag #1930

This flag is current not shown. Could you please show it when present in the header and value is false? This would greatly help diagnose playback problems for files where tracks have mistakenly been set as disabled. I have encountered several users with such issues already.

But this flag could be later changed on the fly by the "Control Track", so it is temporary. But maybe if I also check that there is no "Control Track", it would mean a manipulation error. Sample file? I need only few first KB of the file.
