A current FFmpeg or MPC-HC 1.8.1 can detect a possibly rare kind of audio in an MPEG PS container (I got to know it as "SEGALOGO.mpg"):

0x6153 48000Hz stereo 432kbps [A: adpcm_adx, 48000 Hz, 2 channels, s16, 432 kb/s]

Thanks for the sample file. Looks like a bit an hack, some work needed.
