May I ask how you calculate communication bandwidth

I have reviewed the method you used to calculate communication bandwidth in the paper and code. May I ask if the calculation method you used is to calculate the feature scale of all agents, or to calculate the bandwidth of fully connected n * (n-1), or only to calculate the bandwidth of the ego agent
