Add network, day of week, and time to TV #135

This is a more complete way to show the tv details screen.

So this only affects the springboard? what about poster and grid screens?

You can see it in the above image. The cartoon network, wednesday @ 7:00 PM part. :)

It affects the detail screen only for episodes. This wont affect the tv library screen, the tv season screen or the pop-up bubbles for info. This adds it so that on the missing/upcoming virtual TV episodes, even on these you can tell what network, day of week and the airtime is on. It also works on episodes you have in your library so you can so when those aired and where too. Since you've added upcoming to tv library view this makes the presentation look more complete.
