TV View - Add Genres #104

TV View from Web UI with current sections tv

As described in https://github.com/MediaBrowser/MediaBrowser.WindowsPhone/issues/103 the TV view also needs to have a genres section because it requires too many steps to find it.

Based on the poll, it seems there is an even split of those who do and those who don't use genres for TV, which makes sense as you don't generally tend to sort TV shows by genre. Going to close this request unless a truly compelling reason is presented for TV shows to get this.

I have over 307 TV shows right now with more planned and it takes quite a while to scroll through them all just to find something I feel like watching at the moment that I don't necessarily want to "favourite" at the time which is why TV genre is useful.

If you add the "Not yet" group to the "Yes" group then it no longer becomes a split ;) but I concede. Please reconsider adding this at some point in the future.

Wow figured TV genres were not going to be implemented at all. You sure surprised me! Both the movies genre and tv genre views looks great! I haven't had enough time to play around with the new update but it looks amazing. Thanks so much Scott :)
