music playback lumia 925 #204

On my Lumia 925 music wont play. The web plays it perfect.

So you go to the Music view, try and play an album and it just does nothing? How are you connecting to the server? Manually? Using Media Browser Connect?

Hi,

Thanks for the help. I tried to send the logs and it wouldn't so I cleared them and it started playing music again. It has stopped again though and clearing the logs didn't help this time. I tried both direct and via media browser connect

After you cleared the logs and it didn't then help, were you able to then send the logs this time?

EDIT: Doesn't matter, I got the email, just looking through them now.

Yeah they should be in your in box. I emailed you both server and phone logs.

I don't know if this helps but before the artist view didn't load but it does now. Also now that it loads its very slow. It takes maybe 20 to 30 seconds to display.

Hi Scott,

I'm not sure if it helps but I started getting a different error telling me my account is disabled and I'm returned to the login screen.

I'm not seeing anything like this on the android or ios apps. Does this app support https? I could try the https port instead. Did you have any joy looking at my logs?

Sorry, I meant to reply to this yesterday. The logs don't show any errors. What I might do is get you to just quickly invite me to your server and I'll try it from my own device and if it does the same thing, then I can connect to it from my dev tools and track down what's happened. I'll send you an email now with the email address to add me to your sever (assuming that's ok).

The bug for this problem is when the playlist has only one item the check to see if the id number is the same as the playlist count was always true and so the audio player assumed it was the end of the playlist.

Hi Scott,

Thanks for this. I purchased the app! That was my only issue. You were on the ball that is my exact issue. If you need any one to beta test new versions I'm game. I will report any bugs and such I find and send on logs and give you access to my server if need be.
