Vertically locked failed #3789

Even when the vertical screen lock is enabled in the mobile system, the software still rotates the screen with the phone's rotation. Can you please explain what's happening? I contacted the phone manufacturer, and they mentioned that it's due to a software compatibility issue.

my android10 doesnt have this bug. In 13, Vertically lock works well in my emby's homepage until I play any movie. Once I play a movie, Vertically lock failed. When I quit the player, the Vertically lock doesnt work either on homepage

Thanks for your care really really I appreciate it.

Previously , before watching a movie, the vertical screen lock worked fine in other interfaces. However, after watching a movie and exiting, the vertical screen lock would sometimes deactivate in other interfaces.

Now, When using the app, except when watching movies, the vertical screen lock remains active in other interfaces, as long as I have enabled the vertical screen lock.

But sadly the issue still exists when playing the movie.

I don't know if other Android 13 devices have this kind of issue.
