手机客户端适配异形屏 #3807

手机客户端能不能适配一下异形屏呢，现在的手机的都有前置摄像头，基本上都是异形屏，全屏拉伸后，没法做到全屏

There is a front camera on the left side of the phone, and no matter which video aspect ratio is used, it cannot be displayed in full screen, and there will be relatively large black borders
