[idea] game compatability matrix #2

Probably worth trying to collect metadata around how well games are supported on various configurations, possibly on a linear scale rather than just plain boolean values.

Example variables:

OS support
- Windows (7/8/10)
- MacOS
- Linux
  - native
  - wine/proton/etc.
Ultrawide aspect ratios
- 16:9
- 21:9
- 32:9
- n:10
Graphics API
- DX9/10
- DX11
- DX12
- Vulkan

It might also be interesting to have data about how well games are supported across multiple emulators
