This issue can be reproduced with MT7687 HDK and LinkIt SDK.

This is a bug in LinkIt SDK's HAL module. This is caused by incorrectly setting the GPIO pinmux in hal_eint_init(). We need to update to next version of LinkIt SDK to get this fixed.

HAL bug fixed after SDK v4.6
