Use combobox for COM port setting UI #185

Currently the COM port setting is a toolbar button next to the upload button. We shall

  1. remove LinkIt 7688 board setting
  2. remove toolbar button for COM port setting, and add a combobox in the "title" region next to the Global Setting button. This allows user to quickly check current COM port setting.
