Updates for the latest Sphere SDK 20.04 #20

This pull request contains changes to support the latest Azure Sphere 20.04 SDK changes. After making these changes so the projects would build, I could not get the examples to work. Can someone please try to run the example?

Hi Brian, Thanks for the pull request. We are going to have a new release soon and will allow all sample code to be run with SDK 20.04.
