Snackbars

The system should always keep users informed about what is going on, through appropriate feedback within reasonable time. (Depends on #255)

• [ ] a snackbar informs the user of all create, update and delete actions
• [ ] snackbars give the user the ability to "UNDO" the corresponding action

@OllyGilbert we've added a snackbar library to the project and the contact import facility is using it. The chunk of work to do now is to ensure it is used in other areas of the site and add functionality for "undo" actions.
