When viewing a campaign, I want an overview of who is working on it so that I know who to go to if I want more information on it.

[ ] A user can see a campaigns team
A campaigns team consists of any users who have:
- Updated meta information (name, client, purpose, team)
- Updated a journalist’s status
- Logged feedback
- Logged coverage
- Added a journalist
- Removed a journalist
