Topic details page and discussion details page should be refreshed after login

The topic page should refresh after login otherwise user cannot differentiate between the followed discussion and unfollowed discussions.

Test Step : 1. Click on forum

2. Click on any topic
3. Click on follow button on the topic or any follow button of the discussion
4. Login with valid mail id and password
5. Click on the follow button.
