There are several issues with V1 of the meds schema that need to be resolved. This issue tracks the agreed upon changes for V2.

This issue will be closed when we do the actual V2 release.

"metadata" will be renamed to "properties" to avoid confusion: https://github.com/Medical-Event-Data-Standard/meds/issues/15
