By default, pymialsrtk outputs would be:

SR reconstructed T2w image
SR reconstructed mask
SR reconstructed label map (if do_reconstruct_labels)
SR assessment metric (if so_srr_assessment)
SR json report

With command line tag --all_outputs, pymialsrtk outputs would additionally have:

LR preprocessed T2w images
LR masks
HR SDI image
