A error occurs when running BFC_based_gene_network_construction.py #3

The error is as follows, _FileNotFoundError: No such file or no access: '../data/raw/cole/Output_AtlasCortSubcort.Parcels.LR.ptseries.nii'

I'm wondering if it's because Workbench isn't installed. When I run _wbcommand --help, I get the following error， _Command 'wbcommand' not found. But there is no similar error when running BFC_based_gene_network_construction.py.

  1. "FileNotFoundError: No such file or no access: _'../data/raw/cole/Output_AtlasCortSubcort.Parcels.LR.ptseries.nii'" Please confirm that all the original data has been downloaded from the following link.

  2. _"Command 'wbcommand' not found." Please install Workbench command
