With this issue will be updated the code to use, where possible, the
innovations introduced by Net Framework 3.5.

We decided to use version 2.0 so this can be closed? If there is no response 
the next
days I will close this issue.

I changed it in Net Framework 2.0, since this is still an open thing.

Sorry but we have Dependencies to 3.5 Libs. There is no reaseon to limit the 
code to .net 2.0

Even mono can handle 3.5
