Fall back to site URL for post attribution when site name isn't available #110

Currently, the plugin adds "Originally published at [sitename]." to the bottom of imported posts. This blanks out if the site name isn't set for some reason.

In these cases, we should fall back to using the main site homepage URL, so we continue to display attribution.
