Error when trying to install (nodejs 4.2.1, npm 3.3.8)

When trying to install phantomjs on Windows using node 4.2.1 and npm 3.3.8, I get the following error message:

i'm closing this, as it's become a dumping ground for unreproducible, unrelated issues. I think all can be resolved by the FAQ https://github.com/Medium/phantomjs#troubleshooting
