Loosen request dependency #587

Currently installing this module via npm gives:

npm WARN deprecated tough-cookie@2.2.2: ReDoS vulnerability parsing Set-Cookie https://nodesecurity.io/advisories/130

Because of the older request dependency

I'd probably bump the version and keep it as strict

Ah the version has already been bumped in this repo, slimer just needs syncing from it
