Need a new command line option to set indexeddb path #760

For now, I can not set a path for indexeddb folder. On MacOS it's always here: ~/Library/Application Support/Ofi Labs/PhantomJS/

local-storage-path offline-storage-path disk-cache-path

Do not work.

I need to run multiple tests simultaneously, so each page should have its own indexeddb.
