Update to 1.13 #6

Looks 1.13 not working

1.13.x support is coming in the 4.0 release which is ~90% done, only thing holding me back is MySQL support.

I might release a snapshot version for anyone who wants to try out the new features. Depending on how long it takes to get MySQL working
