can't write emulator configuration #11

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. press F1 on the screen keyboard
2. add ROMs from SD card
3. try to write the emulator config ... the emulator always goes back to the 
"Sorry, we need a real ROM" screen

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.
