Can someone give me the step by step on creating an .iso out of this .zip
folder?

If Im correct, you cant. File needs to be copied to mc0:\nesemu using 
ulaunchelf than launch it from there.

I don't have the HDD, I'm trying to burn a copy and boot it with Swap Magic.
